Candidate FAQs

Q
Why am I given a timesheet?

All of our workers’ hours have to be logged on a timesheet and authorised by the client with his/her signature in order for wages to be paid.  All time sheets must be submitted to the office before 9am on Monday morning for the previous week’s work. We can only pay you if we receive authorised time sheets. If your timesheets are late this will result in delayed payment. Some timesheets are submitted by the employee, others are submitted by the client. Employees may even be required to clock in/out on some jobs too. For each assignment you undertake we will make clear the correct procedure to follow to collate your hours worked.

Q
How am I notified of work?

A consultant will telephone you immediately when a position becomes vacant.

Q

You must bring the following information for the interview to take place. If you don’t bring these documents we will have to cancel and re-arrange your interview.

Q
Once registered what happens next?

Once you have attended your interview your application will be processed.  Any test results will be noted, references will be obtained and any licences will be fully checked and approved.  Once this has been completed you are made available for work. Vacancies arrive daily throughout all of our divisions and once your application has been processed you could find yourself working the very next day. Our consultants have a huge database of information regarding jobs and we even canvass your details to other potential clients on your behalf. During your interview, pay rates, holiday pay, pensions, 48hr working week etc. will be discussed and you will be  issued with a copy of your Terms of Engagement, this is similar to a contract of employment.
