Russell joined Premier Placement in 2017 having been in the recruitment industry for a number of years.  Working previously in manufacturing, transport and distribution as a senior manager, part of his responsibility was to deal with staffing requirements and rely heavily on the services of a recruitment agency.

Premier Placement certainly was an eye opener for me within the recruitment supply, they showed me how recruitment should be done. I registered with Premier Placement Services in June 2015 because I didn’t want to work shifts anymore and within a week of registering with them I was working with a fantastic company with the promise of a permanent position after 12 weeks temporary work with them.
