Russell joined Premier Placement in 2017 having been in the recruitment industry for a number of years.  Working previously in manufacturing, transport and distribution as a senior manager, part of his responsibility was to deal with staffing requirements and rely heavily on the services of a recruitment agency.

Premier Placement certainly was an eye opener for me within the recruitment supply, they showed me how recruitment should be done. When my husband semi-retired and I took voluntary redundancy four years ago, I made the decision to semi-retire myself and spend as much time as I could with my husband enjoying our narrowboat.
