Trusted approach
Working time directives, EU Driver hours, IR35 as well as licence checks happen automatically, ensuring a driver cannot be booked illegally; critical when placing HGV drivers.
Bespoke additional compliance rules can be set to cover your business compliance needs, including licencing, training, experience, and qualifications.
Key automated compliance includes:
- Imposes AWR regulations
- Algorithms for EU Drivers hours and WTD
- Bespoke client rules
- Bespoke experience and qualifications
- Manages conduct regulations easily
- Licence expiry date notification
- Licence checking
- Fully compliant to IR35, GDPR & RTW
- Infringement management
- The Good work plan
Through our partnership with the Licence Bureau, we have the ability to check a Driver’s Licence, Driver Qualification card and Digital Tachograph cards, seamlessly and without the need for data entry. Licence checks are completed in line with an agreed schedule, usually quarterly.
We send drivers regular updates well in advance of licence expiry dates.
COMPLIANCE MANAGER
We have an in-house Compliance Manager, whose role it is to guide, mentor and manage drivers to be up to date and trained on all compliance matters; he also holds his Transport Manager CPC.
We monitor accident, incident, and infringement rates to make continued improvements.
Road Skills Online
Toolbox talks
We have partnered with Road Skills Online to provide our drivers access to a range of online training sessions. The Drivers’ Professional Development Plan (PDP), consists of monthly CPD accredited Toolbox Talks, and has been created by specialists in commercial transport to help drivers think better, drive well, control costs and contribute to public safety.
Road Skills Online offers bite-sized e-learning to our drivers which ensures drivers receive regular, consistent and relevant reminders of their responsibilities. The sessions have been designed to focus on high-risk, high-severity topics early in the programme, with important, but not critical topics coming later.
