Spanish Account Manager – Newcastle under Lyme

Salary 23k ote 30+

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)

No Cold Calling! Responding to customer enquiries and managing sales leads that originate primarily from telephone/email

The role is open to Graduates who is Spanish, Italian, French or Arabic speaking or someone who is experienced in sales, i.e. car sales

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling all customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, both on the telephone and over email

Providing quotations & processing customer orders on the company database

Inbound and outbound calls to develop existing client relationships

Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales leads

Tracking shipments to ensure that all deliveries are made on time

Coordinating with various departments within the company

Assisting the Sales Manager with market research and pricing of products

Required Skills

• Strong Computer and IT skills and proficiency using e-mail, the internet, Microsoft Office, and other computer tools
• Ability to multi-task and keep an organised daily working routine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Problem solving abilities
• Good communication skills with all levels of a business and customer effectively
• Strong knowledge of working in a sales environment
