Paint Spray Supervisor – Staffordshire

Salary up to 28,500

Supervising the Wet Spray team ensuring work is of a high quality and that targets are met on production and the Training and developing team members as required. Working day shift Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for paint

• Adjusting spray guns and manual equipment

• Maintaining equipment

• Spraying vehicles to a high standard

• Carrying out minor bodywork repairs to vehicles

• Spraying full panels

• Use of two pack materials

• Adhering to health and safety procedures

• Supervising the Wet Spray team ensuring work is of a high quality and that targets are met

• Training and developing team members as required

• Ensuring daily and weekly 5s tasks are completed

• Communicating any issues to the Production Manager

Key Skills

• Experience supervising a team of sprayers

• Full UK Driver’s license with no more than 6 points for minor offences

• The ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team

• Experience of working in a fast-paced production environment
