HGV Class 2 Driver

PREMIER DRIVERS – STOKE LGV 2 DRIVERS Monday to Friday .  

Premier Drivers stoke are recruiting for a number of LGV 2 day drivers for day work Monday to Friday. 

It’s working for a market leader in there field of operations, so a great place to get your driving career on the road.    

The role is doing delivery’s on regular and set runs on a day shift working Monday to Friday starting round 0600am depending on volumes.

There is some handball on the role but the bulk of the delivery’s would be unloaded via fork trucks at customer sites.

Temp to Perm roles are on offer to the correct driver.   

Full training is given on the role and to start with you would go out with another driver to learn the role. 

Experience of driving manual vehicles would be preferred but not essential as some of the vehicles are automatic. 

Use of straps and curtain side vehicles would also be preferred, but not essential.        

You would need to have at least 6 months on your Class 2 licence.  

As some of the runs are set you would get to know the drops and also areas.  

There are full time hours ansd part hours on offer, so if you want full time or part time/ odd days then both are on offer.

Drivers must have 

1. Full UK licence 
2. Valid CPC 
3. Digital Tachograph 
4. No more then 6 points 

NO IN OR DR CODES on your license.

Rates from £13.50. 

Holiday pay paid is included in the rate.
