Premier Placement Services are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious customer service coordinator to work in the Newcastle Under Lyme area. This is a permanent opportunity offering great career progression for the right person.

Role and responsibilities 

  • Dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries 
  • Ensuring customer orders are dealt with accordingly and efficiently to achieve specific KPI’s 
  • Providing daily, weekly, monthly reports for all customers 
  • Liaising with customers and planning work load 
  • Dealing with any customer complaints 
  • General administrative support 

Person specification 

  • Excellent communication skills – face to face, over the phone and via email 
  • A good level of IT literacy 
  • Great organisation skills 
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative 

 

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm

 

Salary is negotiable and will be discussed at interview stage
