Customer Service – Talke
Working Monday to Friday 9 till 5
Working in a small team you will be speaking with existing and potential customers regarding enquiries from the customers within 48 hours. Having an excellent telephone manner and customer service experience. Experience of using excel.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are addressed in line with company policies and procedures and responding within 24 hours
- To be a team player, own and cross departmental.
- To carry out the following tasks accurately;
- Customer care / focus
- Sales Order processing
- Preparation of quotes
- Positively representing the company to the highest possible standard to customers and members of the public.
- Ensure the compliance of all policies and legislative requirements.
- Strive to achieve objectives beyond what is expected or required.
- Attend and participate, when required, in internal and external meetings.
- Adopt a very flexible attitude to ensure all duties and expectations are met.
- Have a sense of priority and acting promptly.
- Recognise and respond flexibly to unexpected situations, problems and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
At least one year’s experience of working in customer service
Experience of using excel
