Days – site based

Our client based in Newcastle under Lyme is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their site based team

You will be supporting the current team and the Financial Director with the day-to-day accounting functions.

You will support the preparation of management accounts and financial reporting. 

The role will be for someone who is hungry for career advancement within the business using an agreed company plan to achieve this within 18-24 months

You will be providing reports and analysis of financial data that will be used as a business guide to move the business forward.

Produce monthly/quarterly closings in compliance with both UK and US accounting standards.

Complete monthly payroll and other employee payments

Involved in stock takes, and controlling of stock accuracy and reporting

Must have

AAT qualified or Part Qualified

SAGE 200 exp

MS Excel Advanced

Have Commercial accounts environment background or exp

can-do problem solving approach
